This site invites non-binding acquisition proposals. A submission is neither acceptance nor a sale agreement. Only written terms signed by both parties are binding. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a transaction covers only the agreed domain or paired domains; it does not include trademark rights, a company, content, customers or revenue. The buyer is responsible for legal, technical, tax and brand diligence. Transfer begins after cleared funds or agreed escrow conditions are confirmed.
